When a customer consults several agencies, it becomes difficult to establish this relationship of trust, and the agencies will be less motivated to accompany the customer. To secure the rental of a property, the tenant must sign a rental agreement, which should be accepted by the landlord.

What are the rental costs?

The agency's commission is 10% of the annual rent + 20% VAT*.

Payment is made in two installments:

  1. A deposit payable on signature of the rental agreement, corresponding to :
    - A security deposit of three months' rent plus charges
    -  Agency commission

  2. The balance of the commitment before signing the rental agreement, corresponding to:
    - Three months' rent plus charges
    - Tax registration fees (1% of annual rent plus charges per year of lease plus stamp fees)
    - Bailiff's fees for the initial inventory of fixtures (between 700 and 1,000 EUR)
    - Drafting of lease (680 EUR plus 20% VAT*)
