Rental Information Process

Our partnership with the Real Estate Chamber of Monaco and our continuing collaboration with our colleagues, allows us to have access to readily available properties.

Documents needed 

  • Photocopy of your identity card or passport
  • Bank details (RIB)
  • Last 3 salary statements or a bank statement
  • A bank guarantee

For Corporate rentals 

  • Statutes of the company
  • Identity card of the managing directors and partners

Costs for renting

Agency fees: 10 % of annual rental price + 20% VAT *

When you sign the rental contract, you will be asked to provide the following :

  • Deposit: 3 months deposit + 3 months rent paid in advance
  • Regulate the first trimestrial rental payment: 3 months of rent + charges
  • Stamp and registration fees: For each year, 1% of the annual rental plus charges
  • Eventually we might ask for fees for a bailiff for the inventory walkthrough and the costs for preparing the lease
