The apartment has just been refurbished and re-decorated according to a concept by Parisian interior designer Didier Gomez, who also designed Restaurant Yoshi at Hôtel Métropole and Spa Métropole by Givenchy.
The work, currently nearing completion, is being carried out by the Monegasque company 'Segraeti Interiors' under the supervision of the co-ownership's architect, Mr Fabrice NOTARI.
The apartment and its veranda will be delivered unfurnished.
The lease is for a period of three years, renewable thereafter, at a monthly rent (fixed for the first three years) of €92,000, plus €7,000 in provisions for monthly rental charges, including a 3-space garage and a cellar (vault).
